Release Requirements
To retrieve your vehicle from our facility, the following documentation is required under Philadelphia regulations:

- Current Proof of Ownership (Registration/Title)

- Full Payment of accumulated Towing & Storage Fees

What documents do I need to retrieve my vehicle?
To retrieve a towed vehicle, you must provide a valid driver's license, proof of ownership (title or current registration), and valid proof of insurance. All towing and storage fees must be paid in full at the time of release.
Where is the impound lot located and what are the hours?
Our secure facility is located at 200 N. 60th St., Philadelphia, PA 19139. Vehicle release hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. We are closed for releases on Sundays and major holidays.
What forms of payment do you accept for fees?
We accept cash (exact change is appreciated), major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), and debit cards. Please note that a processing fee may apply to card transactions. Personal checks and business checks are not accepted.
How do I calculate the total cost of my impound?
